In this circuit you will visit Bogota, the Amazon jungle, the coffee region, Medellin, Cartagena and the beautiful Baru Island. During the tour you will have experiences as varied as staying in a jungle lodge at the top of a tree in the Amazon, tasting one of the best coffees in the world, strolling through the graffiti-filled neighborhoods of Medellin and relaxing on the beaches of Baru.

We designed this 9-night, 10-day circuit that includes visits to 3 of Colombia's main tourist regions: Bogota, Cartagena and Tayrona National Park.

Colombia is the country with the largest number of bird species in the world: more than 2,000 in total. More than 70 of these species are endemic, more than 200 are migrants and at least 160 of them are varieties of hummingbirds. We invite you to explore with us this variety of birds in one of the most diverse regions of the world. This tour is based in the city of Medellin, which is the capital of the department of Antioquia. In addition to the city and its surroundings, we will visit the municipality of Jardín, a coffee-growing town located at 1,800 meters above sea level. There we will visit the PROAVES reserve in Alto de Ventanas where the Wax Palm, Colombia's national tree, can be found and there is the possibility of observing the Spectacled Bear. We will also visit the orchid reserve of the Colombian Orchid Society, the national flower of the country. We will be in the colonial city of Santa Fe de Antioquia, founded in 1541. It is located near the Cauca River, the second longest river in the country and has in its surroundings the last remnants of tropical dry forest remaining in Colombia. We will also visit the natural refuge of the Rio Claro Canyon, one of the most beautiful in the country, located in a karstic tropical rainforest and one of the relicts of Pleistocene forest.
